1. About KROK Trainer
KROK Trainer is a free, independent educational project intended to help medical students prepare for KROK examinations.
2. Acceptance of the Terms
Using KROK Trainer means the user agrees to these Terms of Use.
3. Educational purpose
KROK Trainer is for study and exam preparation only.
4. Accounts
Accounts are optional. Users are responsible for maintaining access to their own account credentials and for providing a valid email address when using account features.
5. Acceptable use
Users must not intentionally interfere with the service, attempt unauthorized access, abuse infrastructure/API functionality, or use the platform unlawfully.
6. Accuracy of educational content
Questions, answer keys, explanations and other educational content may contain errors, inaccuracies or outdated information. Users should consult official KROK materials and appropriate educational sources where necessary.
7. AI-generated content
AI Explain content is generated automatically and may contain mistakes or inaccurate interpretations. It should be treated as supplementary educational material, not authoritative medical information.
8. Medical disclaimer
KROK Trainer does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment recommendations or clinical guidance.
9. Examination results
Using KROK Trainer does not guarantee passing KROK 1, KROK 2 or any other examination.
10. Independence and non-affiliation
KROK Trainer is an independent project and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or an official service of the Ukrainian KROK examination authorities, testing authorities, universities, or other official institutions unless explicitly stated otherwise.
11. Intellectual property and permitted use
The KROK Trainer website, interface, original software and original project materials are provided for personal educational use. Third-party materials remain subject to the rights of their respective owners.
12. Third-party services
Some functionality relies on third-party providers such as Supabase, OpenAI, Resend and Formspree. Those services may be subject to their own terms and privacy practices.
13. Availability and changes
KROK Trainer may be modified, updated, interrupted or discontinued. There is no guarantee of uninterrupted or error-free availability.
14. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, KROK Trainer is provided without guarantees regarding accuracy, availability or fitness for a particular purpose. Users remain responsible for how they use educational information.
